(ADPnews) - Feb 16, 2011 - German carmaker Daimler (ETR:DAI) said former German supreme court judge Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt will join its board as integrity chief.
The post, aimed at preventing corruption, was created after Daimler agreed to pay USD 185 million (EUR 136.4m) to settle a corruption investigation in the US last year. US prosecutors had accused Daimler of paying millions of US dollars in bribes to win contracts around the world.
